Neato D7 scratched new hw floors
If you are going to use your Neato D7 on new hardwood floors DON’T!!!!! We installed new hw floors with the hardest finishe Bona HD traffic. These are on backetball floors and the units makes nice fine scratches in every where it tried to clean. We are going to have to buff and reinstall the finish and Neato WILL NOT recongnize any responsibility. Stay away if you are not prepared for floor scratches. We don’t have dogs and no kids so the machine did the damage.
